Previously: Preparing geotechnical reports for projects ranging from residential houses to warehouses of tens of thousands of square meters, and from single-story buildings to underground garages with up to 5 levels.

Based on the Eurocode standards in force since 2011, the former soil mechanics (geotechnical) expert opinion has been split into a Soil Investigation Report and a Geotechnical Design Report. The Soil Investigation Report (TVJ) presents the soil and groundwater conditions of the area based on field explorations and laboratory tests. The Geotechnical Design Report (GTB) examines the subsoil and groundwater conditions of the area, the construction possibilities, and provides the characteristic values of the soil physical parameters necessary for the design, knowing the planned construction.

It provides suggestions for foundation methods, depths, possible construction pit retention solutions, and dewatering options. The Geotechnical Design Report can be prepared in accordance with the various design phases (study, permit, tender, execution). Our company – in accordance with our clients' needs – can prepare the two documents within the framework of one assignment, provided that appropriate data regarding the planned structure is available.

For the expert opinions, we perform the field investigations partly with our own drilling team and partly with our permanent subcontractors.
